Project Updates // March 13, 2017

The Mid Week Herald reports that work to dredge Lyme Regis harbour and replenish the resort’s shingle beach will begin on 20  March 2017.

The operation, being carried out by West Dorset District Council, will last for 10 days, with no night shift work required.

Work will involve using a large hydraulic pump, with pipes running from the excavator through to dump trucks located on the beach.
